- 1. Let us know by email about the change you want to commit to the new product.
- 2. Send, within 14 days from the date of receipt, the package with the product in its original packaging, with the completed change form and the order form via DHL Courier using the standard return shipping consignment that you will receive in your mail.
- 3. Once we receive the package we will send you within 3 working days the new product you have selected and via email the new shipping code.
- 4. If you choose to issue a credit, it will be valid from the day of receipt of the package by us and for 30 calendar days. We will send you a relevant email with the credit code. After 30 days the credit is canceled without the right of refund.
- 5. Caution! Products must be returned without being worn, washed or used in any way in their original condition and with all labels on them.
Keep your products in good condition with the following tips:
- Shoes: Try them on a rug.
- Swimwear: Try it on underwear for hygiene reasons and do not remove the cover (if any).

All card numbers are strongly encrypted with AES-256. None of the Stripe internal servers can obtain plain text card numbers. Stripe's infrastructure for storing and transmitting card numbers runs on a separate hosting infrastructure and does not share credentials with its main services.
